Embark on an 12-week journey that goes beyond temporary fixes to instil lifelong habits for fat loss, healthy maintenance and well-being.
Course Description: Are you tired of jumping from one diet to the next, only to find yourself back where you started? This 12-week course is designed to help you break free from the diet cycle by teaching you the fundamentals of nutrition,exercise, and habit formation. You’ll learn how to create an individualized meal plan, develop a sustainable training routine, and accurately track your progress so you can make informed decisions about your health and fitness goals. By the end of this course, you’ll have the tools and knowledge you need to achieve lasting results without relying on restrictive diets or unsustainable exercise plans.
We will start from individualized nutritional plan, as well as the training. IIFYM done well, requires skill set, The data basis are inaccurate at best, In research we find people off by as much as 1000 Calories per day, and even the most educated around 250 Calories.

• Create an Individualized Meal Plan: Understand the basics of nutrition and create a meal plan tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
• Design a Sustainable Training Routine: Learn how to create an exercise plan that you enjoy and can stick to long-term.
• Track Your Progress Accurately: Learn how to track your food intake, exercise, and other relevant metrics to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Break Free from the Diet Cycle: Gain the confidence and knowledge to make informed decisions about your health and fitness, without relying on restrictive diets or unsustainable exercise plans.
Course Structure:
• Weekly Modules: Each week will cover a new topic related to nutrition, exercise, or habit formation.
• Individualized Support: Receive personalized guidance and feedback from myself and others throughout the course. I am highly qualified in all areas, I see the same mistakes over and over. This is the biggest project I have undertaken since writing my internal coaches book, to degree levels coaches.
• Practical Assignments: Complete hands-on assignments to apply what you’ve learned and build lasting habits.
• Community Support: Connect with other participants in a supportive online community. The group, to me is gold, listen to my answers, reflect on what took me 33 years to answer honestly and with no agenda.
